Corporate gifting without the guesswork

Quantities, lead times and the two decisions that decide whether fifty gifts feel personal or feel like swag.

Per-unit price falls sharply past twenty-five pieces because setup is a fixed cost. If you are close to that line, ordering the extra few is usually cheaper per gift than stopping short.

Decide early whether every piece carries the same mark or an individual name. Identical pieces run in one pass; individual names are a separate setup each and change the lead time more than they change the price.

Three to five business days is normal once artwork is approved. Approval is the part that slips, so send the list of names in a spreadsheet with the spelling you want — not in the body of an email thread.

For anything going out to clients rather than staff, order one sample first. It costs a few dollars and it is the only way to know how the finish reads in the hand.
