What file formats do you need for artwork?+
Vector files work best — AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF with outlined text. For engraving we need clean paths, not a photo of a logo.
If all you have is a PNG or JPG, send it anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it will hold up at the size you want, and we can redraw simple marks for a small fee.
Can I pick up my order?+
Yes. Local pickup is free at 1133 E Industrial Pkwy, Brick Township, NJ. We will email you the moment the order is boxed and ready.
